Score :- 41 pts to 12 pts.
Scorers : Tries Kieron & Jamie Conv. Grant
It was dissapointing to watch us have all of the pressure for the first 10 mins and then watch a “breakaway try ” !!!
They scored two similar tries but we struck back when Kieron picked up a loose ball and ran 30 metres to score.leaving us down at half-time by 19 pts to 5 pts.
The 2nd half followed a similar pattern with them scoring followed by Janie diving over from a 5 yd. scrum.(Grant Conv.)
They scored another 3 tries but FORGET THIS RESULT LADS !!!! You played very well and never gave up fighting, readers must remember that HALF of our team were playing for the 1st team ( and, apparently acquitted themselves very well !!) with our missing players being replaced by reserves and 3 players from “Ton” ( one of whom was a complete “Waste of space” ) whilst Tongwynlais had a mixture of their First & Second Teams. WELL PLAYED LADS !!!
