A big thank you to Elite Fitness in Fairwater Industrial Estate, Norbury Road, Cardiff for letting our senior boys train with you last week.
Our boys throughly enjoyed the hard work and are continuing to increase those fitness levels!
We are now training every Tuesday on Hailey Park at 6.15 and hoping to continue using Elite Fitness on Thursdays.
