LNRFC LOGOAnnual General Meeting and Election of Directors

The 2014 Annual General Meeting is to be held at the Clubhouse on Thursday 22nd May. As required by the Articles of Association, which governs the running of the business, all Directors’ posts must be re-elected each year at the AGM.

There are 5 director positions:

Director of Rugby
Director of Finance
Director of Business and Administration
Director of Corporate Affairs

Any person wishing to be considered for election must be a member of LNRSSC of 2 years standing and be nominated and seconded by two other members of at least 2 years standing. Nomination Forms are available from bar staff.

This Nomination Form must be completed, placed in a sealed envelope Marked “Nomination” and left with Lisa Toynton, Bar Manager by Friday 16th May.

As nominations are received the names the qualified nominations will be posted on the Clubhouse Noticeboard and on LNRSSC’s website.
